S & D Classes

Classes are for children aged 3 - 18. For children who attend Primary School, their class is held in the Marquis Hall on Abbey Street, Bangor on a Monday and Thursday afternoon.

For young people who attend Secondary School their class is held in the Alderman George Green Hall, Balloo. These classes take place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening.

In our first term we have a lot of fun preparing for our annual show. This takes place in the Marquis Hall each year. All students have the same opportunity to perform.

In our swcond term, all students have the opportunity to complete a Speech and Drama exam through New Era Academy of Speech and Drama which is an OFSTED approved examining body. We prepare for these exams during Term 2 and are taken during the third term.

Exam work is optional, although all students will participate in a Parents and Friends Evening which is held annually, at the beginning of the new year. Classes last for 45/60 minutes but can depend on the ages and numbers of pupils.

Tuition fees are paid termly by cash or cheque. There is an option to have an initial 3 week period for £22:00, which will then be deducted from the term fee if the student continues with the rest of the term.
